Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from? 

All Waizowl Gear orders are processed and shipped directly from our primary facility in China.

How long will it take to receive my order?

· Processing: Usually 2–3 business days.

· Delivery: Standard international shipping typically takes 7–15 business days.

· Note: Delivery times may be extended due to customs inspections, flight delays, or if you are located in a remote rural area or non-continental U.S. island.

Do I have to pay import taxes or customs duties? 

Yes. All international orders may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, or VAT. These fees are not covered by Waizowl Gear and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please cooperate with local customs if they contact you for clearance.

Can you ship to a PO Box or Military Base? 

Currently, we cannot ship to U.S. Military zones (APO, FPO, AP, AA) or certain PO Box addresses due to carrier restrictions.

Orders & Cancellations

Can I change my shipping address after the order is placed? 

Because we aim to dispatch packages as quickly as possible, we cannot accept address modifications once a package has been dispatched or is in transit.

Can I cancel my order? 

Orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped. Once a tracking number is generated, the order is final and cannot be canceled.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? 

We only accept returns or refund requests for products with verified manufacturing defects or Quality Control (QC) issues.

Do you accept "change of mind" returns? 

No. To maintain the integrity of our specialized gear and international logistics, we do not accept unconditional returns for reasons such as "I don't like the shape," "I changed my mind," or "it doesn't suit my hand."

Warranty

How long is the warranty period? 

We provide a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects starting from the date of purchase.

What does the warranty cover? 

The warranty covers hardware failures under normal use. it does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidental drops, or unauthorized modifications.
